Glaze:

ketchup

Mashed potatoes:
1
lb
yukon gold potatoes

cup

butter

heavy
cream

Directions
Finely chop all the vegetation,
In a large ball add the veggies and the bread-crumbs with the rest of the seasoning.
Add the ground beef and the other meat and mix. Mix by folding and not squeezing the mix.
At the end add the egg, the binder that will hold everything together.
Divide the mixture in two equal parts (you can eye ball it, it is not that critical).
Take a nine inch cake pan and brush it with vegetable oil.
Put half of the mix in there.
Flip the meat mixture over, to get the cake out of the cake pan onto the baking dish shaped as a large burger patty.
Repeat the process for the rest of the meat and you will have two nice big burger patties on a baking pan.
Bake at 325F for 1 hour.
The meantime prepare the glaze my mixing together all the ingredients.
Save about 1/3 of the mixture, for later.
The rest brush it on the top and sides of the two meatloafs while in the oven 15 min after you start the coking.
Peel and cut the potatoes.
Add them in a pot with cold water and salt and bring to a boil.
Drain of the water and in the same pot add half a stick of butter and half a cup of whipping cream.
Let the potatoes cool completely.
Mash the potatoes and make them as smooth as you can.
Take a cup of the potatoes and mix in the glaze you kept.
Take one of the meat loafs and place it in the center of a large serving dish.
Add the filling made with the mashed potatoes and the glaze. Put on top the other meatloaf.
Use the mashed potatoes as icing and decorate the "cake".
Use some cherry tomatoes for garnish.
Tips
You can use regular icing tools like an garnishing tip and create a more professional look.
