A delightful cocktail, with excellent aroma of the cinnamon, clove and allspice paired with the unique flavor of the Applejack to mimic the great flavor of the all American apple pie.

Ingredients
- Cocktail:
- 1 oz of the Brandy Applejack
- 1/2 oz of vodka
- 1/2 oz of spiced syrup
- 1/2 oz of maple syrup
- A slice of Apple (Honeycrisp)
- Syrup:
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 2 sticks of real cinnamon
- 2 tbsp all spice
- 1 tbsp clove
- 1 star anise
- 1 tsp of mace
- 5 gr of dried ginger
Directions
- Cocktail:
- Add the syrup and the liquors in a mixing glass.
- Mix the ingredients over over ice with a stirrer.
- Strain and serve in the cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the apple slice.
- Syrup:
- Mix the water sugar and the spices in a pot.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- turn the heat off and let the spices steep,
- Strain and store in a jar.
