This one is very accurate (±1.8℉/1°C at temperatures of 32° to 302℉ and ±3.6℉/2°C at temperatures of 302° to 572°F)) and for most things it is good enough. The major reason I love this is the range that allows you to measure frying oil, and even the temperature of your oven. Further it connects to your phone and you can record and graph the temperature or future reference. It is the nerdiest way of doing things! Did I mentioned that it does take up to 6 probes?
